Do you want to play a game? For the 12th Academy Awards we’ve taken the 10 nominees and done something a little different. We’ve set up a bracket and in this episode will be declaring (and sometimes debating) the winners and losers from Round 1 and discussing the films that were eliminated.
The nominees were: Dark Victory; Gone with the Wind; Goodbye, Mr. Chips; Love Affair; Mr. Smith Goes to Washington; Ninotchka; Of Mice and Men; Stagecoach; The Wizard of Oz; and Wuthering Heights.
